Tandem's platform is fully HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type 2 certified, with enterprise-grade security. All PHI is protected under BAA.
Tandem can be used with or without EHR integration. If setting up EHR access requires too many steps, you can get started without integration without any setup—all you have to do is upload records when required.
At this time, Tandem only supports electronic prescriptions (eRx) sent through the EHR.
